In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document, including all schedules, annexes, and supplementary promotion terms published by dwg118.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on dwg118, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

dwg118 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period will result in suspension of the account pending review.

3.1 — Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on dwg118. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. dwg118 will close all duplicate accounts immediately upon discovery, and any Funds held in those accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 — Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. dwg118 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact dwg118 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 — KYC Verification

dwg118 conducts identity verification (KYC) in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued identification document (such as a KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. 4.2 — Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited to your dwg118 account within five (5) minutes of a confirmed bank transfer. E-wallet deposits via GoPay, OVO, and DANA are processed instantly. dwg118 does not impose a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction charges independently.

4.3 — Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the payment section of your account dashboard. These thresholds are subject to change at dwg118's discretion. 4.4 — Withdrawal Processing

4.5 — Source of Funds

5.1 — General Bonus Terms

In the event of a conflict between the promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms prevail for the scope of that promotion only.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must generate at least Rp 2.000.000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 — Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

Each bonus offer is available only once per eligible account, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. dwg118 monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit the bonus structure rather than engage in genuine recreational play.

10.1 — General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dwg118 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

10.2 — Platform Availability

dwg118 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability and targets 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, or actions by regulatory authorities.

10.3 — Third-Party Game Providers

Games provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe are subject to those providers' own service terms. dwg118 is not responsible for technical faults, game errors, or service interruptions originating within third-party game software, though we will liaise with providers on your behalf to resolve legitimate disputes in a timely manner.

11.1 — Termination by dwg118

dwg118 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player through their bank or payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring closure.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach by the Player, any balance — including real-money funds — may be forfeited in proportion to the severity of the breach, at dwg118's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative or business reasons not attributable to player fault, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.2 — Voluntary Closure

Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal of verified real-money funds will be processed within the standard timeframe. Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be cancelled without compensation.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dwg118 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licence framework.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in Indonesia. dwg118 respects applicable Indonesian consumer-protection obligations and will engage constructively with Players to resolve disputes through the platform's internal complaints process before referring any matter to formal proceedings.

dwg118 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active members by email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the dwg118 platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of your verified real-money balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised terms.
